- Take part in making decisions about your care
- Information in a language you understand

- Have information about you kept private
- File a complaint or grievance without retaliation
- Enjoy the civil rights of all American citizens
Anyone who is utilizing services at the Wellness Center can ask to be referred to traditional healers.
